Order Processing

Each order is prepared with care. Orders placed during standard business hours (AEST) are processed within 48 hours.

Once an order has been confirmed, it enters preparation immediately and cannot be amended or cancelled.

During periods of increased demand dispatch may take up to three business days.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes commence once your order has been dispatched. While estimated delivery windows are provided as a guide, actual delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

Australia Post — Standard Delivery
Complimentary shipping on orders over $200.
$10 flat rate on orders under $200.

  • Regional NSW, VIC & SA: 3–5 business days
  • Regional QLD, WA, TAS & NT: 4–12 business days

Australia Post — Express Delivery
$20 express available on all orders

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Australia Post, offering secure and reliable delivery worldwide.

Shipping Rates

  • New Zealand: $25
  • USA, Canada, Middle East & Asia Pacific: $50
  • Rest of the World: $65

Estimated Delivery

  • Standard International: 5–9 business days
  • Express International: 3–4 business days

Important Information for International Orders

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Charges

Second Sand Studio is not responsible for any duties, taxes, GST, tariffs, customs fees, brokerage fees, or additional charges that may be applied upon delivery. These charges are imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the recipient's sole responsibility.

If a shipment is refused, delayed, held, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs charges, any costs charged back to Second Sand Studio, including return shipping fees, customs charges, handling fees, and courier administrative costs, will be deducted from the value of any store credit or refund. In some cases, a refund or store credit may not be available if these costs exceed the total order value.

Second Sand Studio is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from unpaid customs charges, incorrect customs information provided by the recipient, or customs processing decisions.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all applicable customs charges and that refusal or non payment may result in deductions from your refund or the forfeiture of any refund or store credit

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.
