This one's for you if you:

• Have watched every tutorial and still feel a little lost
• Love matcha out, but want to save in the long run
• Are tired of being let down by mediocre café matcha

No experience needed — that's the whole point. ♡

The session

Over 75 minutes at the Studio, we'll move through everything you need to make a beautiful bowl with confidence:

• What matcha actually is
• A brief history
• How matcha is prepared
• Cultivars, and why they matter
• Ceremonial vs culinary
• Organic vs non-organic
• Why we always hand whisk

Then we'll make a bowl together, step by step — exactly the way it's done at the I Love Ya So Matcha bar.
